individual therapy

session information

Individual sessions are $160 for a full hour, or $220 for 90 minutes. A lower rate may be negotiated according to circumstances. Sessions take place in my cosy, tranquil office space in Highlands, NE Edmonton, or online via secure video.

Wherever possible, I recommend we meet in person. The simple action of removing yourself from a familiar environment and coming to a dedicated 'you' space holds its own benefits. Travel to and from your session can also provide a valuable opportunity for contemplation, assisting you to gain maximum benefit from each session.

Some health benefits plans cover counselling services provided by a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Depending on your plan, coverage may be available with Pacific Blue Cross, Equitable Life, Greenshield, Johnston Group, Sun Life and others. If you intend to use benefits please confirm that coverage is provided by your insurance provider before booking.

my commitment to you

Finding the right therapist can be a daunting task, especially when we feel lost or vulnerable. However, research continues to show that the single most important factor in successful therapy is the relationship between therapist and client, so it's essential to find a good fit.

My commitment is to offer you a warm, soft, safe space in which to 'land', and to really see and hear you — your story, your heart, your essence — in every way I am able.

In our first session, I invite you to tune into how you feel about being with me in the therapeutic space. It matters to me that you find the right therapist for you and the work you need to do.
